Home Run Derby, 2009

0While I didn’t actually get tickets to go to the Derby, I was downtown shooting pics of the newly opened, Citygarden (an amazing, two, city-block long sculpture garden and recreation space that is in between an the existing one block-long promenade and a giant, one-block encompassing, Richard Serra sculpture), and walked over to outside the new Busch Stadium for some proximity to the excitement.  This new sculpture garden is incredible, and entirely surprising for where it is.  It is as beautiful and as well-modeled as Millennium Park in Chicago, and features a plethora more artists.  Check out my pics of the night on a separate blog that I set up for my St. Louis shots, so that I wouldn’t bore everyone to death here at Darteboard.  Or just double-click on the photo.
